Received a device with an unstable 5v USB level on the rear ports and an unusable 4.5-4.8v USB level on the side ports. Windows 'shut down' is often just a power down followed by another boot-up. Rear USB connected new 4TB drive was corrupted by a hang and hard reset. Fan 'rattles' a bit and would definitely get replaced if I had kept this thing. On battery, the side port USB levels rise, but remain at barely 5v. Going 'half' in on the return ship and all the related delays for a 'big rock candy mountain' round trip is not great either. Features, if they work as advertised, are really nice and performance is a marked improvement over my X9 with 2GB. I liked it enough to order a replacement. Hoping I just got the inevitable dud that makes it out sometimes.
